I have led projects from a User Experience (UX) research role for a variety of industries, including:

With a masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a diverse background in conducting research from both agency and client sides, I enjoy tackling new research challenges with a fresh perspective.

UX Process Overview

I work with a product team as we engage with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop a research strategy. As we recruit and conduct research methods, we collect quantitative and qualitative data for analysis to get a wide understanding of business processes and users' needs.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team ensures that our research fully supports a solution through the design and development phases. We present our research insights to stakeholders so that they will understand what the best solution is and how it meets their business goals.
